Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 6, 2026

This policy explains what information Green Duvon collects when you visit greenduvon.com, why we collect it, and who we share it with. Green Duvon is the climate and sustainability consulting brand of Duvon Consulting LLC, based in the United States.

Information you give us

The only place this site asks for information is the contact form. When you submit it, we receive the name, email address, company (optional), and the goals you describe. We use that solely to respond to your enquiry and to evaluate whether we are a good fit to work together. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Submissions are delivered to a Google Sheet and emailed to our team using Google Workspace and Google Apps Script. Google processes and stores that data on our behalf as our service provider.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we collect basic technical and usage data when you browse: pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, referring site, and how you move through the page. This comes from Google Analytics 4 and helps us understand which content is useful and where visitors come from.

Advertising and measurement

We advertise through Google Ads. To understand which ads lead to genuine enquiries, we use Google Ads conversion tracking, which records when a form submission follows a visit from one of our ads.

We share information with Google, a third party, so that it can perform advertising measurement services on our behalf. As part of this, when you submit the contact form we may send your email address to Google in hashed form to help it match the conversion to an ad interaction. The hashing happens in your browser using SHA-256 before anything is transmitted, so Google does not receive your email address in readable form. This feature is known as Enhanced Conversions.

Cookies and similar technologies

Google Analytics and Google Ads set cookies and read device identifiers to recognise returning visitors and attribute conversions. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics specifically using Google's browser opt-out add-on. You can manage how Google personalises ads to you at My Ad Center. Blocking these will not affect your ability to use this site or contact us.

Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that make this site work — currently Google, for analytics, advertising measurement, email, and storage of form submissions — and where we are legally required to do so.

How long we keep it

Contact form submissions are retained for as long as needed to respond and to keep a record of the conversation. Analytics data is retained according to the retention period configured in Google Analytics. You can ask us to delete your submission at any time.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing green@duvonconsulting.com. Residents of some U.S. states have specific rights over their personal information, including the right to access and delete it and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell personal information. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address above.

Children

This site is intended for businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page if our practices change, and revise the "last updated" date above.
